I don't wait for permission. While holding down principal-level jobs, I've quietly shipped 20+ products on the side — AI agents, browser automation, LinkedIn growth tools, ML research. Now I'm hunting for the right bet to go all-in on. Looking for a co-founder, an idea worth chasing, or an early team that moves at 10× speed.
The system I hacked hardest — my own circumstances.
I went to Meet Booking.com, team told us to find a solution for their heavy MTTR incidents (this is 6 months back when i joind Newrocket), we had a solution on excel sheets which clusters similar incidents using Machine learning and creates knowledge to resolve future incidents faster, my quick thinking connected this solution to their preblem and we sold it for $2M a year deal.

Web Testing, Code Review & Security Agent
Automatically tests SaaS with natural language test cases, Scans PRs against OWASP + internal policies, blocks critical vulns before merge. Integrated with git providers.

Anyone can draft a deck. I'd rather push a working prototype at 2am and let it speak for itself.

Cut inference from 60s to 0.1s. Turned an excel prototype into a $2M enterprise deal in one meeting. Small bets are boring.
Hard things, soft edges.
Build the hardest problem in the market. Wrap it in the simplest UX you can justify. That's where leverage lives.
